Last Call for Auction Items!

If you are attending the National Conclave and have auction items that you are planning to bring with you, please contact the Auction Committee at cebauctioncommittee@gmail.com with a description of your item, approximate retail value and a picture so it can be posted to the Bidding Owl site and a bid sheet made.  The logistics of organizing auction night are very complex so advanced warning of an item to be donated is much appreciated!

The Online Auction & Bidding Owl Site are LIVE! We have been busy loading the items to the Bidding Owl site that will be available for online, live and silent auction this year.  The items that are being offered include fantastic hunts, services from trainers, custom paintings, home goods, clothing, jewelry, magazine subscriptions and more! Some of the items will be available for online bidding and some will only be available at the National Conclave silent or live auction.  However, all items are available for viewing on the Bidding Owl site. 

If you would like to bid on the online items, please visit our website at www.biddingowl.com/cebus2021 and filter the items by selecting the dropdown “open for bidding.” In order to bid on items, you will need to set up a bidder profile and can do so by clicking “Register” in the top right corner of the home page.  The Bidding Owl site can be accessed via mobile devices or home computers.  The items will remain open for bidding until 11:00 PM CST on Saturday April 24, 2021.  At that point, bidding will close and winners will be contacted and invoiced.  **Please note: Shipping costs may be associated with an item, however, we tried to reserve items for online bidding that would have no or very low, flat-rate shipping costs.  You will be contacted after the auction to arrange shipping.**

CEB-US members notified of annual meeting and proposed changes to ByLaws

Members of the Club de l'Epagneul Breton of the United States are hereby notified of the Club's annual meeting and proposed changes to the Bylaws, which will be voted on for adoption at the meeting. The proposed changes are marked in the linked documents for members' review.

CEB-US relaunches online store

(February 2, 2021) The CEB-US is relaunching the online store! Hats, shirts, vests, and so much more!  

Members have said they want the store and the type of items being offered, according to Cyndi Copeland who will assist Ryan Kappes, from Kappy Shack Promotions in managing the CEB-US online store. "We want this to be a success," Cyndi said. "We need your support to keep this online store going. Together, Ryan and I are dedicated to providing quality items and service," she said. "Please check out the store and the merchandise and let us know what you think. We’re seeking your feedback."

The online store will offer a number of core items which may be purchased at any time, PLUS special monthly items—the offerings will rotate for holidays, seasons, and the Conclaves.

For National Conclave items, select and purchase no later than March 5th. At that time, all orders will be placed, produced, and shipped to customers prior to the start of the conclave. This means, customers will have their CEB-US Concave gear in perfect time.

2021 Board of Directors position nominees announced

(January  2021) - The nominating committee comprised of Norman Pope, Jimmy Cobb, Kathleen Kimmel and Angie Hites has selected these members for 2021 board positions:

• Tracey Jacobson as president elect which is a 1 year position.   She would be President in 2022.

• Josh Ruiter to take Tracey’s 1-year remaining term and during that period he would assist the Treasurer.

• Grayson Guyer moves to Vice President for a 3-year term.

• Bob Olson fills Grayson Guyer's remaining post for two years.

• Jake Bartells replaces Bob Clayton's post for a 3-year term.

• Sherry Niesar and Jeff Pleskac remain in their positions for an additional three years.
